OSCE stations, case bank patients, OMM findings and every scenario in MedForge Study Hub are fictional teaching exercises. Histories, examination findings, vital signs, laboratory values and management steps are written for practice and may not reflect current guidelines or real-world care.
Study material is produced with artificial intelligence and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Micrographs, radiographs, ultrasound scans and anatomy figures are synthetic renderings generated on request — they are not real patient studies, and fine detail can be inaccurate. Use them to practise recognising classic patterns, and confirm details against authoritative texts, current guidelines and your faculty.
Always verify drug doses, thresholds, classifications and management against current authoritative sources before acting on them in any setting.
